@1.9 - Doesn't that always happen lol. If you've only got one console (like fanboys do), you have no choice but to get the game on your system so it shouldn't matter to you really. But if you have a choice, it seems like the 360 version will be the way to go, although if the differences are minimal I'll try and get this for PS3, because the controller is better for these types of games.

Why would they mean DVD generation? Isn't it obvious that they were talking PR BS as usual.
If they cut it to $99 for an arcade, I would be really tempted to pick one up as a backup for my current 360 which is out of warranty.
So Famitsu was more accurate this time, they reported 37k for PS3. Still I expected more of a drop due to the Wii price cut. I think the Wii hype is dying now, everyone who wanted one has already bought one if the price cut only boosted sales to 35k. Even PS3 went higher than that when it got a high profile game even with it's high price.

I agree with the list, but the game that should have been number 1 should have been either Lair or Too Human. Why? Because neither delivered the experience they were hyping.
Killzone 2 on the other hand was overhyped as a system seller, but the game itself is great and well worthy of the hype, only noobs/fanboys complain about the controls (which are fine imo).
No it won't be delayed till March. That's when GOW3 is coming, so it makes no sense to release both games in March. Gamestop probably just messed up and put the GOW3 date for GOW collection.
HDMI is a generic thing, costs $3 or less. When stuff is proprietary, which most of it is on the 360, it becomes a rip off. Proprietary HDD, proprietary play & charge kit, proprietary power supply, proprietary composite cable, proprietary headset, and only recently generic HDMI.
Compare that to PS3. Generic HDMI, generic VGA, generic HDD, generic controller charging cable, generic power supply wire, generic headset. All in all PS3 accessories would cost you $50 (at most if yo...

Can I just say, that this is the same news we've heard before. Except they multiplied 2 million sales by $60. You could do the same thing with almost any game and make this "news" if that's what you want to call it.

@1.2 - Certain games sell systems, FF13 is a system seller particularly in Japan, but not so much in US/EU (well a little more of a system seller in EU). But they'll probably do a worldwide bundle for something like GT5, because it appeals to a wide audience.
In some ways, I wish online multiplayer never came to consoles. Single-player is what I buy a game for, multiplayer is extra. If the single-player sucks, the game sucks imo.
@1.13 - I'm not getting insulted by him not liking Uncharted 1 or 2, but the fact that he can't see that both games are major strides in gaming shows he is a fanboy.

On topic - This seems like a review that is desperately looking for hits. If you compare the game to GT5, obviously it won't be as good, Gran Turismo (Yes GRAN NOT Grand) is one of the best racing games, but they shouldn't...

The multiplayer in this is sooooo good, better than Warhawk, which is a multiplayer only TPS.
