Yeah seriosuy. Too bad Nintendo has no ambition to do anything more than small games based off ancient designs. But damn would a well done Pokemon MMO be the best game ever.... concept is as perfect as you could get.
Not really excited because they're just going to butcher the game by dumbing it down for consoles. It'll be decent I'm sure but nothing special and nothing deep.
Don't really care. And there's no possible way it will be even close to the size of Vice City or San Andreas because of 360's tiny HDD alone. At best I'm thinking a new story from someone elses perspective. Probably not even any more land area.

Yeah they prettymuch blew it by releasing broken hardware without main standard features. Plus the game lineup was nothing special until late 2006 (and even then not nearly good enough for a generation shift). 360 probably would've taken off if the Wii hadn't diverted attention but now it's doomed to a distant third with PS3 catching up fast.

Yeah it's a really stupid argument considering even like 20 years from now there's still going to be people wanting to buy a hard copy of a movie (and I seriously doubt there's going to be another movie disc format after Blu-ray).
Yeah they definitely need deeper stories will less predictable stuff. Like the story in Haze sounds pretty interesting but its completely predictable because they told everyone the entire outline.
I think what devs really need to do is keep everything a secret and actually try to mislead you. Haze would've been a kick ass story if you didn't even know you were under the influence of the nectar and were just killing rebels until your mask just randomly breaks and you the player ma...
Can't wait for both. Mafia2 screens I'm sure are from a PC version. GTA4 is probably near maxing both consoles for a big sandbox game.
Um aren't you not supposed to be on XBL if you're under 13 period? Not to mention they were probably playing an M rated game. XBL and many videogames are definitely not targeting children these days.

Yep. I would be fine with this casual crap too if it were actually priced right. $60 for a multi million dollar budget HD amazing game on PS3/360..... $50 for low budget last gen visuals minigames on the Wii.

Well he was a fool. HDDVD was doomed as soon as PS3 launched. Blu-ray was the only safe one you could invest in because owning a PS3 would be useful for years even if the format failed.... and since it was in PS3 and that logic applied it would therefor not fail.
They either need forced pricing scales or to filter out the garbage. Problem is that %90 of people who own a Wii aren't going to know a damned thing about any of the good games that aren't 1st party major Nintendo franchises. The system is just flooded with crap that drowns out even half decent things. PS2 was like that in a way since so many good classics got overlooked (like Okami) but that wasn't even close to as bad as the Wii shovelware.
