Same with Fallout fans about 3. Diablo is popular but it really was the foundation of MMO games. There's really just not going to be a massive market for an antiquated game design like that. I'd rather just hope they come up with something revolutionarily new for an MMO in Diablo. I'm very glad Starcraft is sticking to its roots at least.
They make good TVs but they're always more expensive than the competition.
Because it did everything others did better and made it accessible. EQ was better imo but it's a miracle I got through the difficulty curve without a tutor or something.
RTS games should never ever come to consoles. Either get a PC or don't play them. Designing an RTS to work on a console just ruins it completely.
And why are 2 really old shooters on this list (Deus Ex was on PS2 wasn't it)?. Expecting them as a download or a remake?

I don't really give a damn which can run more at a time. All that matters is running a few applications fast and being functional and easy to use. Vista is pretty much garbage in that regard.
After seeing the 9800GTX benchmarks I went ahead and ordered an 8800GTS. $200 after a rebate. $130 more for the 9800GTX with minimal performance boost is just not worth it. I'll probably just jump into the next major advancement immediately. Would've bought an 8800GTX immediately had I known it would be near top of the line for over a year and a half.
Yeah but prices should come down as it becomes the mainstream.
And no we're not going to have a new movie format in 5 years. Probably a new data one but there's no point in a new format until TVs fundamentally change again. 5 years from now will probably be Blu-ray's peak.

Ugh why don't they just make the damned game. Seriously an almost direct port of GT4 would be perfectly fine. No need to make new car models or anything since it's similar to PS2 capabilities so what the hell is the hold up? Had they just made it and released this holiday PSP would be seeing a big revival.

Yeah the Nvidia has like back tracked since the 8800 series began since ATI cards couldn't compete. 9800 series is kind of a joke compared to what cards they could be releasing if there was tight competition.
Homebrew and free games. Sony should make it open to anything except PSP games to play from a memory stick. They'd gain a huge market for people who want to play ROMs.... kill some of that overpriced BS from the virtual console.
