...you do not even need new ACCs to give more bubbles. It suffices to just disconnect and then reconnect your internet connection. We in europe have dynamic IPs which are renewed every 24h or if, as I already mentioned, you dis -and reconnect your internet connection.
It's quite easy to write a script which automatically reconnects your internet and then votes for more/less bubbles. I am quite sure you can imagine what happens if you run this script 6 hours long...
