The more comprehensive and the more realistic the games get in the future, the more bugs there will be, which we have to get along with.
Still, it's not right to rush the release of a game and let the gamers be the Alpha/Beta tester. The overall quality of the games has greatly improved, however the bugs need to be minimized to a mininum. Patches can't be a solution for console games in the long term. In case we need to wait a little bit longer to enjoy a game almost bug-free. Good ex...

Once the PS3 sales really pick up and match those of the Wii I am sure more developers will jump on the bandwagon and create new, innovative PS3 games. I really don't worry about PS3's future, the future is infact very bright.
Perfect controls, big beautifully designed 3D levels, colorful. I really enjoyed Mario 64, but I wouldn't ever go so far and say that any future mario couldn't match the legacy of 64. There is always room to set new standards in the future.

The Joe Public will probably buy a Wii, 3-4 controllers, Wii Play, Wii Fit. It will be played for several hours with some friends. After that, it will collect dust until the next "party" in 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately the target demographic won't buy more games. Only perhaps Nintendo's own party games. The 3rd parties go away empty-handed.

Anyways, I see the same happening to the PS3 when a Slim version will be released and the price further dropped. Look at what happened after Sony released the slim PS2. It sold like hotcakes and it still does.
Ocean 13 sucks big time. More unrealistic than ever, but still entertaining though. I would give it 3 stars out of 5.
