Thank you, your little example reinforced my decision to stay with Sony next gen.

I agree that Fall of Man was great, but it seems they lost all that magic with R2. No weapon wheel, loadouts, perks...it just seems like FoM lost its identity and Insomniac hopped on the FPS bandwagon by making their game like all the other FPS out there. They did that to increase sales and make the game more accessible to a wider audience and it failed. yeah, the only time I used BC on my PS3 fatty was to play GoW 2 again...That was it.
It is nice to have regardless, but not a deciding factor of me purchasing a PS4.

If you bought it today the 15 months would just be added to whatever time you have remaining.

Not sure if you know but you can check the amount of time you have left on your Plus subscription in the Account Management section of the XMB. So you can check when it expires, and then check again after you purchase the 15 months to see that the time has been added.

I do totally understand what you are saying. I love good video games as much as the next guy. I have bended my principles before and purchased games because I am a fan even if there are underlying tactics I don't like.
The thing is, nothing has improved since the first Bethesda release this gen on PS3. I just can't support that kind of company regardless of how amazing their games 'can' be. I mean its like we are back in 2007 AGAIN.

I have a choice in purchasing those games. Your consoles' features are cut by more then half if you choose not to pay. That sounds like a greater extortion to me.

Different territories have different rules. It is not a matter of flipping a switch to have a game appear on the US server. There are TONS of approvals and restrictions that must be made, in each territory, before every single game is green lighted.

yeah, it takes a little time to get the hang of the controls and gameplay mechanics.
