if you have a 360 you can pay to play online or you dont play online at all..... not much of an alternative. how forced can you get?

I really don't understand why it is so overlooked. It is original, fresh, and fun. There has not been one single MP game like Ascension released this whole generation.
How is it milked when the MP has never been done before and it is something completely new to the GoW universe? It is also far from being tacked on.

Well, I still think there will be a base option that will allow for free online gameplay with PS4. I do agree that Gaikai and that share button stuff will definitely have a charge associated with them.
Also however, it is not about the money, it is the principle behind being FORCED to pay to play online with MS that I have a problem with. I have a Plus subscription but it is 100% optional. Without Plus I can still game online for free.
