It's a very smart move by Sony to get involved in another region like this. There is no real downside.
While the campaign was pretty solid, it was a bit on the short side.
Interesting how one type of game is big here while another is big over there.

I agree with you on the story. I felt lost and confused more than once and one scene should have been completely left out.
Going for a shock scene I think, but failed miserably.
It's a pretty well balanced game and doesn't get all that hard really. A lot of fun.
There should be no excuse for a reviewer for not actually playing the game. Regardless of when they got their copy or download code, they owe it to their readers to give the game their full consideration.
