Japan definitely has different tastes in gaming. RPG's seem to rule over there while shooters rule here.
I hate that we have to wait until Feb to own the Vita here. You would think that they would sell more units in Western markets, so therefore sell here first.

Totally agree. It would be worth it if it was half price or they released several new missions for free.
A demo should decide if it's something I want to play. Hopefully there will be a bunch of demos available at launch.

You can get the wifi only model here, but the 1st edition bundle, which comes out a week early, is the Wifi+ 3G model only.
I wish SCEA would offer the wifi only model. Canada gets that one but the US has to go for the Wifi+ 3G
I have the 1st edition bundle pre-ordered and that comes with a 4GB card.
Still, the cards should be comparably priced to other cards and I think it's crap that Sony is charging considerably more.

The problems are widespread or a patch wouldn't be needed. GOTY it isn't.
We used to keep a list of which games were compatible with remote play and which ones weren't on the PlayStation forums. Ended up being a pointless list because almost everything wasn't compatible.
