To be fair, the Dreamcast actually sold quite well, it's just that Sega didn't have the money to develop and support the console in the first place
George Lucas isn't exactly an act you want to follow
A lot of the early reviews are saying that it's as broken as Unity was on release, which does border on unplayable
I'm really glad that this game is getting more love after being mostly ignored in TOR.
With TSLRC, it's one of the best RPGs ever made
I wouldn't base your decision off one review
About time, LR and Type-0 were the only good things to come out of Fabula Nova Crystallis
Doi's no Kaneko, but I'll pick this up for sure
I played Zestiria when it came out in Japan, and this review is pretty accurate. I'd say it's one of the worst of the modern titles, it makes Xillia look like Versperia
I don't think handhelds are dying off at all. They're not pulling DS or Gameboy numbers, but they're selling well and getting plenty of titles, especially from Japan
They're genuinely scary games. All the Fatal Frames, 2 especially, take the best parts of Japanese horror and pack them together into a single game.
It's one of the only horror series that hasn't turned into total crap.
I don't think I've heard anyone unironically say like a boss since 2009
Can't wait for this game, I'm glad Nintendo are giving it another chance in the west.
Fatal Frame's one of the best horror franchises out there, and it'd be a shame for us to stop getting them localised.
It's bizarre to think that a game as clever and subtle as the Talos Principle started off development as Serious Sam 4
Please Nintendo, you can keep it
That's because SMT games actively discourage grinding by crippling exp gains past a certain point and reducing demon exp gains compared to your main character.
Instead you're meant to be fusing regularly and always buffing and debuffing bosses. A lot of people seem to think it's like Pokemon, where you can hang on to your favourite demons for as long as you want, but that's simply not viable. A lot of people also miss the importance of buffs, which was what made Madat...
This is kinda sick
No Hennig no buy
It's genuinely bad. I still play THPS 2, and this game doesn't come close to it, even if they were released at the same time.
I honestly preferred the earlier Persona games to the soft reboot 3 brought.
They had much more of a focus on gameplay and the characters, setting and writing were a lot more mature.
From what I've seen of the campaign, the story is pretty horrible, but the levels themselves are quite well designed and lend themselves to the new mechanics.
I'm more excited about the game for the multiplayer though, that was always where the fun was in Halo.
