Because japanese folks hate western game consoles and western game software. This is why ms shouldnt launch the next xbox in japan and western developers shouldn't market their games in japan.
Nvidia has no one to blame but themselves. They dont offer discount or price reduction to Sony and MS . Im sure both companies would have went with Nvidia but they aren't in the business of losing money on consoles for the next seven years.

Keep in mind the Durango is a dual Soc design so it is capable of running dual GPU. So there may be 2x7790s running parallel to each other. The next xbox could be a graphics rich console that surpasses mid level pc performance.

Its not because the system isnt good enough to run the game its due to the lack of sales and install base.
Battlefield 4 smashes and crush the face of Kz4 no contest. BF4 do have advantages with a newer updated engine while KZ4 is the same ps3 engine being ported over to ps4. GG will have a new engine in place when KZ5 gets released then it will be fair to do comparisons.
I need to get a good pc for this game next gen consoles wont even come close to the graphic quality.
