Its not a fair comparison. GTA5 is a i8th generation game with better dev. tools. It will be 3-4 years until we see the full power of nextgen console when better dev. tools becomes available.
Keep in mind folks MS will be releasing two verions of the 720 one will be a console and the other a high end pro model similar to a pc tower. The latter will be a monster gaming system that plays 360 720 and pc games.

Same old story from ubisoft always boasting Sony when they know it wont look no better than the next xbox version. Keep in mind folks MS has had there dev kits out to developers at least ai year bedore Sony and with superior dev. Tools. Ubisoft has said this with every Ass Creed game on the ps3 .
