Thats because Guerilla games had no time to create and build a new engine for The PS4 to meet a launch title. Killzone 5 they will have a new enginene to show off and killzone 6 will show the power of the monster ps4 .

Clearly the demo looked awful from the e3 2012version that was suspossedly running on pc.that was the ps4 demo tonight. In fact the e3 version was running on a durango sdk.

In the Activision Bungie MS agreements there is a clause that MS has firdt rignt of refusal to keep the game off competitors console. Im thinking id the game is big as Halo and sales are off the charts then MS may activate that clause and makenit a brand new IP exclusive.
