Bogus, best buy always has the disclaimer with video game deals or other similar deals which limits the amount per transaction or customer. Otherwise other companies that sold video games would not order them in bulk like usual and instead would pilfer Best Buys stock. Urban legend and nothing more. (unless best buy messed up)
Ever tried to play console type games with just a touchscreen. I have and it does not go well. Just play any old Mario or Zelda and the controls constantly get in the way. The n64 emulator does an even better job of showing why it doesn't work nearly as well. I play on consoles and hand helds with buttons because it's practical. Sure there are exceptions to the rule, but those are rare and the effort put forth by those developers is never emulated by others in a good way because ...

I love dmc. To this day nothing has surpassed it gameplay wise except dmc 3. This crap is so far from what made these games awesome its not even funny. The game being eastern is what mAde western gamers like it. Capcom has lost touch with its fans. I love old capcom bc they were an eastern developer with original ideas. To all the people on here pronouncing it Vita, in Latin a V takes on the sound of a W so it sounds like Wita, even thought it's spelled with a V. Don't be intimidated by what people are saying about needing a monster of a PC. I have a gtx 260 slapped into a gateway with 4 gigs of ram and the game performs awesome now thanks to the patch. Play with the settings and you will be surprised at how good you can get it to look. Remember people it is a dx9 based game. We are now up to dx11.
The Witcher 2 is a DX9 based game, meaning DX11 rigs are a moot point.

PSP did not have dual analog and HD graphics. This has all that and one of the latest and greatest processors. It does not only have to play games. Movies will be incredible on the device along with being able to review document and do everything a phone can do short of making calls. For people that like technology and understand it this will be a very compelling piece of hardware.
