No, because hopefully it won't have it. Give me a strong narrative and solid game play over multiplayer any day. I am so sick of every company thinking it needs online play. There are only a small number of games which have strong justifiable MP and they can all be counted on one hand.
There will always be a company that chooses not to do this to steal from companies that would. I agree about Portal 2 not being on the EA sale, but I would bet money it will be the weekend deal to cap it all off. However, you are dead wrong about EA only distributing the console versions. EA also published the retail version of Portal 2 on PC, if you don't believe me check wiki or just look on the retail box. I forgot the obvious one though, mass effect 1 and 2.

If you are educated far more than most people on here, then how come you spelled there that way, that is the incorrect word. You would be looking for the possessive form which is their. The word you used would be used to say, that car is over there. It denotes a location not possession. Sony has already said it is Android based. Therefore that opens to door to all developers because Android is notoriously cheap and easy to program for. All I have to say is look at all my previous comments on the subject of Sony having a secure network, then look at all the responses people had as "rebuttal." Now I just want to say, I told you so and I do know a thing or two about the law.
Definitely looking forward to ME3 and Elderscrolls. I stopped playing RPG's for a long while and the ME series got me to come back and even branch out and try some games I never would have otherwise.

And comments like this are why we are getting ripped off. Average length of quality titles on the ps2 was 10 to 15 hours. Now it's 5 or 6 hours at the most, especially when it comes to multiplayer games like COD. This guy may like getting ripped off and not getting a quality title that immerses you in the gameplay, but that is his opinion. I think because Microsoft has been trying to play down 3D for sometime, they would look like hypocrites if they suddenly started saying it's the next best thing. It's similar to their decision to stay with DVD and endorse HDDVD. Microsoft is not good at predicting the future on the electronics component side, which to be fair makes sense because they are first and foremost a software company. I find it hard that a company as large as Sony would not take the steps necessary to be in accordance with US regulations on their online service.
