First off,
yes it may be a bit underhanded ( as some will say) about QB going to PC, BUT the grand scheme of things is the vast majority of console consumers will play on their console.
So what if they have a high end gaming rig, they have a choice now.
More people get to play the game.
Console players will play on Console.
PC players will play on that.
Sony/Nintendo fanboys get to play it on their PCs as long as it meets requirements.

It's far easier and cheaper to own an Xbox than a high spec PC.
It's cheaper for us that have more than one Xbox one in the home..Ie your children may have one each.( that's four in this household!)
