You assume every developer has the same coding capabilities....
No point comparing one game/developer over another ...Gears 4 comes much later to the development cycle than Halo 5. Therefore programming techniques and tool refinement is a given. It's not as Black/White as a simple comparison. The Coalition may be more skilled than 343i or vice versa.

I game on both PS4 & Xbone, and Rocket League is awesome fun!
But it is funny to me to see a lot of the non PS4 gamer praise RL now it's available for the Xbox One ...yet those same people were trashing RL on PS4 last year. Strange Times /
The Order 1886 still has the best visuals on any platform to date...sure there are better looking games coming, but until they are available, The Order 1886 is king.
...Unfortunately, parts of the game (boss fights) are not as spectacular as the eye candy graphics. I got an easy 'Platinum' playing this game on hardest difficulty. I would definitely like a sequel )
Foolishly purchased Sherlock on PS4 last year...awful game, truly mind numbingly boring to play...Uninstalled the game after 30 mins as it's not even worth the HDD space.

I'm a launch day PS4 Gamer who got an Xbone early feb 2016.
Got the latest Tomb Raider today and it looks incredible! Xbox is a very underrated console. I like then both for different reasons.

Why do you need to see a DF X1/PC comparison?
Obvious the PC version they'll test it on will be significantly more powerful than a $299 console. Unless PC version suffers 'Arkham Knight' Syndrome, then theoretically QB should fair better on a high spec PC ...Or is it that you can't wait to watch DF so you can then return to N4G (your social media life) to troll the Xbox version? ...that's just so super ugly and sad dude .... Halo 2 Anniversary could easily have been a single game release like the excellent Gears Ultimate, but was additional to MCC, making the overall package incredible value for money.
The Last Of Us is a fantastic remaster, and Uncharted Collection is also an awesome package even without the much lauded U2 MP. 343i,The Coalition, Naughty Dog, and Bluepoint all did an exceptional job updating those games for the current generation.

Not sure Xbox Live is required for Quantum Break, and I'm not sure why elitist PC Gamer's have to gloat and show off just because MS 'granted' the Heavenly Master Race a chance to play the game.

I can't wait to play this on my $299 Xbox One *Quantum Break's Lead Development Platform. I'll be happy saving several hundreds of dollars not having to purchase a high spec PC, simply to get a version that gives me (essentially) the same game with extra frames/resolution.

Some Gamer's have their own interest at play here. Not thinking from a Brand/Business point of view isn't what got MS to the status the company is at today.

I'm not opposed to the idea of the whole Xbox One/Windows 10 thing. I own a PC that barely runs spreadsheets at 60fps let alone 1080p, so if an Xbox game doesn't run on my PS4, then it's still an exclusive to me.
However, I've noticed that this Generation has an *insane amount of Gamer's claiming to own a Powerful Gaming PC...particularly since the 'Console Exclusive' buzz words started gaining traction. A curious series of events indeed /s
