I love the detail in the stages.
The XB1 is completely underestimated, just because a system has lower specs, doesnt mean its a weaker system.
It really depends on the strength of the architecture.
An I7, which got 4 cpu cores, for example, with 6GB of DDR3, is still a lot stronger then next gen consoles, even tho it has lower specs.
While an ADM phenom, also 4 cores, with 6gb of ddr3 performs on par with next gen consoles., but much less then an i7.
The worst thing they could do to me, is show me adds.
That already happens on about every electronic device i use, and i have mentally programmed myself to completely ignore adds.
Gamescom is where it all happens tho.
I can only hope that consoles gens wont last as long as this gen.
This gen had a lot of fun games, but i rather have seen GTA5, The last of Us, and Halo 4 on the next gen.
Current gen got stale in the past year and a half.
In the end all systems have a bottleneck.
The perfect system doesnt exist.
Sooner or later one resource is gonna be bottle necked and block the rest of the system from reaching max computing.
Sony however has a tendency to claim their products are flawless, which is not very realistic.
Just look how they marketed the ps3, which is full of poor business decisions.

Problem is, Cerny doesnt have the final saying in its design.
His job is to propose a number of designs, the business, the people in suits, then selects one of the designs, and proposes a number on revisions based on marketing strategy´s.
Designs are a mix of technical, marketing, business and financial point of view.
Aka, he has to work with the restrictions the rest of the company puts on him.

I would for Goutetsu to be the new final boss.
I would love to see Maki and Hagger added to the roster.
And Goutetsu would make a nice hidden character or even a final boss.
And ofcourse, it would be nice if Abel would remember who he is and becomes a hybrid version of his new and former self, Sambo Sonic Boom :P.
Personally i would also have Sagat his other eye knocked out in a fight with Ryu, and make Sagat return more powerful then ever, as being unable to see would force him to rely on his dee...
If he would say latency would be a problem he would have his employer breathing flames down his neck.
If this wasnt PR marketing, he would have said "The Ps4 and XB1 can kickstart a new age of diversity".
As both consoles are delivering plenty of diversity in games.
The XB1 even got the edge on it right now, as it got more exclusives on launch, which all differ from each other.
Highest specs, yes, but highest specs doesnt mean your console is more powerful.
The architecture in the end, decides the power of your console.
For example, the consoles with their 8 cores and 8 gb unified memory have higher specs then my I7 pc with 4 cores and 8 GB memory devided between 6gb DDr3 and 2GB Gddr5.
However, despite the lower specs, my PC is still more powerful, because its architecture is way stronger.
No, they said they wouldnt target for the highest specs.
If they would think that power isnt important, they would have gone for a console with the power of a WiiU.
Depends on if its an overclock, or if they end up inserting a gpu core with a higher clock.
If its a core with a high clock, then there is no problem, if its an overclock, then it still might not be a problem because videocards in pc's can also be overclocked to a certain level without voiding the warrenty.
I doubt that MS would overclock it to a risky level.
Even tho i have a ps3, i really dislike the claims sony makes from time to time.
This is just outright not true, i bought my pc halfway last gen, its about the power of a next gen console now, but with a 400 Euro (New gpu + new memory) upgrade it will be twice the power of the ps4 and Xb1.
Which i will do around the time the next gen consoles are released.
How am i supposed to be able to do that with a console, making it twice as powerul?
