PS+ has had LBP 1 & 2, Infamous 2, Uncharted, Bioshock 2, etc for free. These are not small titles. PC games pale in comparison to what is available on consoles and there is no fear of a game not working on it cuz it needs a better graphics card or something.

I think Altair is the technical best of the lot so far. The later ones got better gadgets but Altair made due with what was available and wooped major ass in a flawless manner. It was almost Poetry. I agree with you but you have to understand, Sony can't afford to take losses on the Vita, not after taking an astronomical one on the PS3. They are still trying to make THAT money back.
