From the results of this test it ran 10% cooler at idle and 17% cooler after a hour of Modern Warefare 2 compared to the older model Xbox 360. That is way better than marginal when it comes to the temperature of electronics.
The Slim only got up to 139 degrees.
Which shows that it runs 20 degrees cooler.
You should at least give each console 6-12 inches on all sides away from any other electronics.
Burnout Paradise used fake cars so there were no limits set by auto companies. Hot Pursuit uses real cars and auto companies do not all crimple damage on their vehicles in video games. Same limitation happened to Forza and probably the new Gran Turismo.

These are currently all the cars I could find.
They put that price up there as a estimate so people could start pre-ordering from them. Just because a online store lists a price doesn't mean its true. The same is true for the $60 price of the Kinect games which have also not had announcements or confirmations.
