but the Turn 10 team has never said they were competitors against Gran Turismo and even went as far as saying that they are very avid Gran Turismo players. They will both be great games and both have their strengths and weaknesses and as long as the guys on Xbox 360 have Forza 2 and the guys on PS3 have GT5 I think everyone will end up happy.
