How does that have any context with what he is talking about? All he is saying is that his development team is now setup to make Xbox 360 games and while testing the PS3 to see if they could make a PS3 game they found it more difficult to develop for then the Xbox 360.
Another thing is that there is no real benefit to go through the harder work to develop for the PS3 so it would make ...
Also the information isn't over yet with even a Forza Motorsport 2 Audio Technology showoff on the 9th. Sony is going to have to pull something big to get back the attention. On that you can do simple moves with a little easiness yet your forgetting that some of the fighting moves in DOA take great precision and some of the greatest players on DOA online are the greatest because they have the precision to block, reverse, and pull the best move they can when they need to. This takes precision.
They worked on the physics and gameplay first on this game and now they are shining the hell out of it in the next 5 weeks. 5 weeks of only polishing graphics can entirely change the look of a game.

Even XBLA games take development time, testing, and finally released in one of the set weeks. There are tons of XBLA titles that are coming but to complain about it like they have only planned two more is well stupid. The XBLA is made for a variety of gamers not a specific person and with games like Alien Hominid HD and Worms its only getting better every week. BTW do you really expect someone to pay more then 10$ a week on arcade games?
Microsoft have already said that all 05' Xbox 360s will be fixed for free. This guy probably opened it up and was dumb enough to tell them he did so and they refused it.
