What I find interesting is that titles like Mass Effect and Lair can have sporadic performance with framerate, tearing and whatnot and these are system exclusives. Its not like development was halted and the dev's couldnt just focus on getting the game to run smoothly.
Now Lair had other fualts of course, and Im not saying its near as good as Mass Effect but in a sense they are "unfinished" games. IMO if its a system exclusive it should run perfectly, push it back if ...

there is a difference between Overrated which I disagree with but hope your implying and overhyped.
Halo is overhyped but not really overrated, Uncharted dosent have commercials running every 10 minutes about soda/belive/ or whatnot and Drake isnt sitting on a cross.
Halo 3 is a blast sure enough but the marketing of that game was almost comedic

I was talking with one of my instructors whos also a big COD4 fan, and that was our only real complaint, not being able to take cover and shoot blind fire like the AI team mates and enemies.
Im sure the reasoning is that it wasnt entirely needed, its a very functionable FPS without a cover system, and even though the player cant replicate the moves.

there is some sort of security in place for warhawk, cheaper games it can be done but I havent heard how it can be done with warhawk yet.
