This looks like a basic early concept for a design push, the document itself isn't even in a state you can use it as a concept plan. It looks like a very basic early production overview.
With that logic you can compare it with so many other multi-player games that your opinion is pretty much void.
The fact of the matter is that the Single Player campaign in any Uncharted game is better than all Gears games combined.
The multi-player is just a bonus, and really, Uncharted MP is much better. Are you completely forgetting how terrible Gears 2 was? I'm a huge Gears fan, but 2 was complete balls.
Uncharted is by far the better...

1st - Wii
2nd - PS3

Plain as day, and I hate the Wii. It's the only console of the 3 that I do not own, granted I don't have many 360 games... but really, there aren't many worth buying.
Fable 3, Alan Wake, and Halo Reach all massively under-delivered from their huge hype.
Mass Effect 2 for the 360 by the end of January will be the third best version of the game.
As usual, the 360 had very few quality exclusives this year. It's pathetic that these 4 are the only ones mentioned, and 2 shouldn't even be considered quality, 1 isn't exclusive, and the other is Halo which it can be absolute crap but people still buy it.

It's easy to pick up and play, because the game is so freaking easy.
Maybe it's because I played the 360 version, and players tend to suck on the 360, but it got boring when my kill ratio was staying well above 2.5 without camping. There is also no strategy involved, like shooting gimps. I ended up selling the shitty game, the ratio would have likely kept going up, the players were just so freaking terrible.
I went back to MAG. BlOps was just not chal...
