I personally haven't played it on both but a couple of my friends have and they said its nearly identical. They had trouble finding any differences. Two of them played it on all three and said while it does look a tiny bit crisper on the PC, its not something to rant and rave about. All three are extremely similar but the PC just barely edges out the console versions.

I think its a little give and take of everything. If the game has poor gameplay it had better have a excellent story. If the story is lacking then it had better have really fun gameplay.
But with graphics alone it can't really save a game. There has to be some good elements of story and/or gameplay. Otherwise the graphics don't mean anything.
I'd say graphics are low on the list of priorities, but I always wish for better graphics. Everyone does...
I think its funny that thay are hyping up a CGI trailer. PS3 already proved that it can match that quality of CGI with FFXIII. I thought the majority of the cutscenes in FFXIII looked wayyy better than the Unreal Engine trailer.
Implement that engine into actual gameplay and then we'll start talking, because so far the PS3 is already capable of high quality CGI.

4 of my friends are currently playing it on PS3 and they've said that there haven't been any server issues at all.

Through the entire game I've only had 2 encounters with dragons. You fight a bunch of tiny ones, and then theres a big one. These encounters were only 5-10 minutes and thats it. The story has nothing to do with dragons, and frankly only 2 encounters for a game called DRAGON AGE (MEANING - AGE OF DRAGONS) is pretty stupid. The game is good but it has nothing to do with dragons.

Ya I've nearly finished Dragon Age 2 and I've only fought one real dragon. The rest were just teens and babies. Pretty stupid name for having almost no dragons.
Its extremely similar to Mass Effect 2, except the graphics are nowhere near as good and it doesn't have guns. I was mostly surprised at how linear this game is, just like Mass Effect 2.
