The demo for me was entertaining, nothing groundbreaking but it still had some fun moments. I'll be playing it, whether I rent it or buy it is still undecided though. People are taking this game wayy too seriously, its supposed to be funny and crude, thats what Duke Nukem has always been...

Played the demo this morning, thought it was quite fun actually. People are obviously taking this game too seriously. It has alot of different stuff to mess around with and I thought the demo was worth playing. Its a game that's definitely worth the rental.
Its a great game, but I've got a pretty decent PC and it still has to run on the lowest settings to even operate. The frame rate chugs along and the graphics are obviously terrible (on my PC), so if you dont have a gaming ready PC I highly suggest just waiting for a console version. At least in my case its guaranteed to look and run better than my current version.It looks like a PS2 game on the PC I got.

As you said. hopefully the media has matured a little bit... doubtful though. I mean the only thing the media could have a frenzy about was the two dead and completely naked woman. Because as far as any of the gore and violence goes, I see worse all the time on primetime tv. Maybe they have finally dropped the hostility towards video games, or they're just too busy playing LA Noire to report on it... ;)

Yep, I always felt 2013 was the right time to start up the next generation. But I do agree with Yi-Long, Its gotta be backwards compatible with todays stuff.
I get what hes saying. All of the updates thus far have been on the Batman side of things. There haven't been any new villains for the Superman/Wonder Woman story arch since launch.
The lab will definitely be back. It kept the multiplayer from going stale.

Its an opinion buddy. I think it looks fun as hell. Its doesn't take itself too seriously and thats why it looks so good for me. People are way too anal about shooters nowadays and this just seems to be a break from the norm. I personally think this is gonna be one of the best shooters of the year, and whats great about that is its an opinion.
You may not think it looks EPIC, but I do. Don't get your panties in a bunch, you need to lighten up a bit.
