Payday is coming for Crystal Dynamics.
From what I experienced in the PC Beta, this is a great looking game. Yeah things have been scaled down from the E3 demo, but whatever, it still looks good. This is nothing like the Watch Dogs downscale, where the final thing looked absolutely nothing like the E3 demo.
I liked the campaign mode in TF1. It was more interesting having the story playing in the background, even though nothing either team did had any effect on it. So if they do bring it back, make it longer, and have certain story beats get triggered when a team does something significant (titan killstreak, capture all the objectives, etc.)
Pumped for Titanfall 2.

This setting is wasted on the Far Cry franchise. The Stone Age should be hardcore survival, not owls dropping bombs and summoning animals out of nowhere.

It's way too late for that. They'll keep piling crap on top of what they have, but at the very core it's always going to be Gamebryo.

ACIII was utterly frustrating. The narrative was so disjointed. I completely lost interest after a few missions.
I suspect they couldn't finish the game on time, hence episodic.
Good article. The game has serious gameplay flaws. Bottom line, it wasn't a fun game for me. Great cinematic storytelling and all that, but not fun.
New city, new characters please. I have no desire to play as Aiden Pierce again.
Story DLC please. Don't really care about stuff like Robot gladiator wars. We can get that with mods. What this game desperately needs is more story and quests.
