I totally agree too, I was starting to think I was the only one who thinks this looks awesome!
I played the first one, can't really remember it tbh I do at least remember enjoying it :)
They lost me at "GAME customers"!
It does look the same, as the PC version of BF3. Need to see it in action before making any real judgments though.
IMHO it already looked good enough, but the destruction was a major step back from Bad Company 2, so I'm hoping for BF3 levels of pretty with BC2 levels of destruction this time.
It won't be scarier than Amnesia, it's not possible! If it is I certainly won't be playing it I needed a heart transplant after playing Amnesia (Just a trouser transplant actually).
No no. They are allowed in the RAF, there are tons of them lol. As far as I'm aware there are women pilots too. The RAF Regiment is a different story though, they are known as "gunners" they are the RAF's ground troops and are usually amongst the first troops to enter any war zones as the first job in most conflict zones is to set up an air base. So whilst they aren't like special operations or anything like that they are quite an elite fighting unit and thus are quite c...
It quite clearly states on the RAF Regiment application form that "For reasons of combat effectiveness women cannot join the RAF Regiment."
So whilst there are plenty of women in the military, there still are boundaries for women as gun totting troopers. So no, for reasons of authenticity there shouldn't be more women soldiers in games.
I play on PC and I never play on 64 player servers it's not fun at all, like others have said, it's just a cluster fu**. I tend to play on 32 player servers all the time that is the perfect amount imho. More is not always better.
I have a 3G one and tbh I can't recall having ever used the 3G for anything. It doesn't do anything over 3G anyway!
^^ That's not too bad, its once you get a Kart game you know your being milked.
Personally I think as long as the stories remain fresh there is still life in Uncharted.
GOW however, I feel like they are beating a dying horse now. I love Kratos and his lore, but enough is enough.
I loved the original and in a way I don't actually want a sequel. The first game was brilliant and any sequel would only be made into a generic fps with microtransactions knowing EA.
I would love to see another one but at the same time I don't think they could make a worthy sequel now.
I fully expect to be paying £400 or thereabouts for the console, but I won't be paying that for a game!
I'm afraid it's game over for my console gaming if those prices come true.
I do seriously doubt it though, I can see them going to £45-50 which is slightly better.
I'm not stupid enough to think that some board of executives gives a shit about my enjoyment.
But in all seriousness, if all the care about is money then why not fuck off and make it somewhere else. These companies are ENTERTAINMENT companies, therefore they should put entertaining their customers first and if they get that bit right then the money will take care of itself.
Go be a banker if you care about is money.
You missed out then, there was some really awesome visuals when you put a music CD in the PS1. Cajt remember what it was called but some program came on the demo disc you got with it put some mad visuals on the screen :)
I don't think I have ever put a music CD in my Ps3, come to think of it I don't ever remember putting a music CD in my PS2 either, Ive always had a cd player for that!
Seriously though anyone who tries to use this as some big negative on the PS4 is an idiot.
As a PC and Console gamer, I may be able to straighten this argument a little.
30fps is fine, Far Cry 3 on consoles, is not fine.
The only reason PC gamers notice the difference from 60fps to 30 is hecause we've got 60fps. Its like they say, you don't appreciate things until they're gone. Or in the case of console gamers, they've never had 60fps, well very rarely at least, so they don't really appreciate it.
I personally don't mind 30fps games ...
I don't think they'd lock it to one physical console, it would most likely be to your account not the hardware.
I don't buy used, but I do trade in a lot of games that I either should never have bought in the first place as they are guff, or just won't ever be playing again. It does help towards the purchase of other games.
It doesn't really bother me that much tbh so I probably would buy one, it would just make me think a bit harder before buying games.
I also think if they're gonna lock out used games then new game prices would need to come down a bit.
I kinda had my tongue in my cheek there. I meant that there should be another few words in that opening sentence. "like a fine wine the Wii has aged wonderfully" or such like.
Not just it has aged! My Mrs has aged too, and not very well I can tell thee lol.
I've always been an Nvidia man myself, but with the next gen consoles rocking AMD tech, I fear that future games may be built using AMD and thus may run a bit better on AMD chipsets.
Who knows but I'm due an upgrade anyway, still packing a GTX460, I imagine I'll be staying with Nvidia though.
