I’m a huge fan of both Xbox and PlayStation, but I Don hope people realize that the new studio acquisitions won’t make difference for a few years. I think they have a solid plan and solid devs now, but it’s gonna take time before we start seeing a steady stream of new first party content. I’m very optimistic though. They’ll never sell more consoles than Sony, but there will be competition now and that’s great for everyone. Now if Nintendo would just get in the game from a graphics and online...

I don’t mean to be combative, but I don’t think it’s up to fans to dictate how someone makes their art. It’s ok to grow and evolve or even stay the same. Not every game is for everyone. Thats okay. Inclusiveness isnt always a good thing.

So there’s this concept called “value” would you rather pay 5 dollars for garbage can food or 15 for a great steak? My point was since the games aren’t great on gwg why not just pay 15 for all the great games in gamepass, and instead of leaving the games in gamepass for a month like Sony does with their exclusives they stay there.

I don’t see what there is to complain about. it’s sort of dumb to have Gold instead of gamepass ultimate. I could care less about games with gold at this point. I do wish the og Xbox games had achievements though.
I’ll just say this, they may never compete with Sony exclusive wise, but had everwild, state of decay 3, and avowed been on a Sony show, the fans would have been all over it.

Naughty dog tells great stories but they have never been strong gameplay wise. I don’t like button mashing either, just fun and engaging gameplay. The shooting mechanics in the uncharted games are very subpar. It’s the same with the last of us.

I agree origins is beautiful, but I prefer origins. I like the more varied environments of origins and the story better in origins. I also like bayek better than then protagonists in odyssey.
That being said I do prefer the combat in odyssey.
