Pre ordered mine off the dashboard last week, so Im ready to go! Im charging straight for multi player! killing time on halo:MCC with N4G in and out of a snap, and smartglass for typing. Man, this console great!

+1 about MCC. And while it still does not get me in a game as fast as I would like. Its better than at luanch and better even than it was when it was improved earlier on this year.
And above all, its still that MP perfection, that is halo. Once im in a match, all doubts fizzle away. Much like when I get online on gears :)
This game is like Kobe today. Big numbers all round! I wasnt all that excited before. I liked the beta but halo was always more of my thing. But I still loved gears. And boy does it feel good at 60FPS.
even better when I consider the fact that I am already buried in games on XB1, and Ill be playing gears on top of my current faves. And then forza 6 is a thing next month. and then halo 5...and then TR...somebody hold me! lol

After playing the beta, I have to agree. But then I didnt expect it too really change much. But the good thing about the BETA is it helped me to ignore this game this fall. It players like any other recent COD. And COD has not been good since MW2 in my books.
It will sell truckloads then users will flood the forums once again complaining about that strong auto aim weapon and perk imbalances and quickscoping.
Im just glad I have halo 5, starwars:Bf and rainbow six...

I think its fair to say gears is a certified classic. It only needed a lick of paint and it has the same scores it had when it launched. Clearly the game has aged well.
