I wouldnt put it past them, especially with the rumors that have been going around since february. Thats four strong pillars for their next console to be built upon: AMD hardware, all co-developed in house between MS software teams and AMD hardware guys...plus integrated havoc physics, with those guys working closley with MS and AMD to get the best out of it all...and lastly there is the a beefed up azure which features Nvidia ...

Does it even go down for more than 24 hours? i experienced the outtage last night while playing neverwinter with some friends. we were in party chat and the game just locked up. looked and notice the store and freindslist was missing and I couldnt play any of my games online...but we were all still talking to eachother in party chat. we all had the exact same issue. So we played single player games and stayed in party chat. Then I went to bed! that was around 2AM UK time. Checked it this morn...

Yeah well...its back up and running now. got anything else? Does sony fix PSN as quickly as this?

Personally, I think im going to wait until its free onaccess in about six months, if this game gets less than 8s in the reviews.

Agreed. I have a samsung 4TB drive attached to mine. I havent filled the 1TB yet, though I hear the OS runs faster when you drop all your games on the external. I just been too lazy to actually move my games, and I still have just over 270 GB on the internal, so its not like im rushing to do it. And I do delete my single player games once Im done with them. They all show up in my 'ready to install' list along with my BC X360 games.I am a bit OCD about unuse...

I did buy the saturn, swiftly by the PS1 for the same reasons. I love segas arcade games, and virtua fighter and daytona wer the games I wanted more than anything else....but who could deny the polish of that ridge racer port? plus that funky controller. And destruction derby looked amazing to me at the time. So I bought a Ps1 in september 1995 with my staff discount at HMV. The saturn was amazing, but you HAD to own a PS1 in the mid to late 90s. You simply would have missed out on too much. ...

I love these kinds of controllers. I highly reccomend them personally. You can even send your current controller to them to get the SCUF treatment.

I agree, because it should come with a 1TB drive. The console itself is lovely though. Looks sweet in white. But If it were me, I would probably have to go but an external HDD, before I even connect to my TV. 500GB gets filled pretty fast.

You sound pretty insecure there, Kotaku. FM6 is the best sime out there. FH2 is the best arcade racer out there. 343i are actually moving halo forward. and as a series...its still the best FPS out there..especially on console.

Not true. It will get away with it because, SW:BF never really focused on SP to begin with. The original game was played mostly online. To be fair though how many BF games put in the effort that bad company had, when it came to SP. That series has ALWAYS been MP centric. R6 came into its own and made its name as a MP shooter on PC first and foremost, though it had an exceptional SP campaign in some iterations. But not all. MP was ALWAYS the focus for R6, and this was really hammered home with the popularity of R6:Vegas. That was the most played XBLG game along with gears, until halo 3 and COD 4 showe...
