I think AR will be better suited to lifestyle and productivity. VR will do best in gaming. It all depends on price and the games though.
For example...I dont see a $300 headset reaching critical mass. If its $150 ...well thats a mainstream price tag. Anything over $250 will hurt VR success on PS, I think, as console gamers have historically not bought expensive add-ons en masse. How many own expensive wheels and fight sticks? I went with asus mostly because of the casing. doesnt match my Gigabyte mobo, which is finished in black/grey/gold, but who cares. I like the casing and the performance is really good. I have my old 560ti in my music PC and that still impresses me at times. Though that could be down the computer it is sitting in...

Depend on how you look at it. I used to buy/sell, all the time, but to be honest, I like the fact that I actually have an extensive library, now. The funny part is I rarely play my old games. I like the idea of it, but I hardly follow through

A bit of a waste, I reckon. I would rather drive this car in forza or Pcars as a fully simulated model. I hate when arcade racers do this sort of exclusivity.

I have over 160 digital X360 games...47 digital X1 games ( I have not bought a physical X1 game yet) and 12 digital PS4 games. Oh..and then there is my steam collection....I have been a digital customer for years now. I havent looked back yet, and I dont regret it.

Thanks for posting. Somebody needed to do that.REALLY puts things into perspective in terms of features absent from this new game. Its actually embarrassing for DICE/EA. The number of maps, players and vehicles smokes this new game....shoot...Now Im really starting to look at the new game as nothing more than a cash grab. Ill wait till its free on EA access.

Good write up! fallout 3 was a great game for sure. I have to confess I was a bit late to the party.I knew it was gonna be buggy at launch..but I also knew it was gonna get fixed. elderscrolls seemed to be the same case and later skyrim.. which is why I waited, and eventually bought the GOTY edition. it was my first fallout game ever, and what an introduction.

Seems like we are never gonna get a moto game as good as the old Moto GP games by climax on the OG xbox. I wish MS bought that studio, way back, when. It had the perfect handling model and the way it gave you control of the rider and the bike over the control pad was just perfect.
These new ones just disappoint me all the time when I try them out. The bike never feels right, in any of them..except for those old climax developed Moto GP games.

Trust me it awesome! that learning curve though...watch out. You can end up out of fuel in deep space and at the mercy of other players...pirates... Kinda scary at first in its own way.

That didnt happen to ori,FH2 or FM6 ( three games that acheived perfect scores in some reviews) Halo MCC got a few scores deducted because of its launch issues, but it bagged a few perfect scores. fortunately it works nowadays, so its deffo a 10 again, seeing as that was the only issue against it and has since been fixed.

^^THIS. When xbox one games crash they send you back to the dash. The console doesnt need to restart. Perks of running three OS I guess.
