People like you say things like this...yet I bought my XB1 this year and have not been short of things to play..let me elaborate:
Since getting my XB1 in april, I have been playing Neverwinter, Smite, elite, ori, gears remaster, rare replay and forza 6.
I also have a pretty active backlogue with the likes of FH2, halo:MCC, Titanfall, SSOD, DR3, lifeless plan...
..or ARK...or wild....
I Like what I see though. I have yet to play FC4 but When I do I will probably play this straight after.
I would love to replace my IPad with one of these.
Mostly so I can do stuff like this, when Im not in the studio:

I probably would. Wrestling games are hilarious 'couch versus'fun with friends. as long as the controls work fine. I used to love playing wrestling games on N64 and the snes. We used to have a proper laugh about it! I wouldnt mind having at least one descent wrestling game in my collection.
That was awesome..like watching the G1 cartoons :). This game is a must have for me.
This game is steep and deep. But its awesome. Frontier are in the process of rolling out an update on PC that allows you to land on planet surfaces and walk around inside space stations. Cannot wait for that update to hit XB1.

I would say, assuming the NX is on par with X1 and PS4, that would still make it a current gen console. Nintendo and the WiiU is a unique situation where we ALL know it was probably a bad idea and nintendo need a new console ASAP. The WiiU was six years too late. we are two years into this gen, and three by the time we see the NX, so while I dont see much of a catch up happening, I can see some awesome exclusives coming for it, and they will look as good as most modern games.

By your same logic then , PS3 owners dont need to buy a PS4...they already have played uncharted, TloU, killzone and infamous, right? And who needs GT7, when you can just play GT6 on your PS3....right?
Heaven forbid, Xbox gamers buy a new xbox for sequels to games they want along with BC for games they already own.
Yeah, I feel the same. The only big games Im buying for the rest of the year are halo 5, fallout 4 and tomb raider. the rest can wait a while.

22 more days...oh man! :) ..and Im still neck deep in a bunch of other games. But Halo is simply the one, for me.
I think.....the biggest and best halo games are yet to come ;)

From what Im seeing, there are three things that will upset me about this game:
1) Im going to miss, the R6:vegas style cover system. Which was also handy for admiring my custom camos... Whch leads me to number 2:

3)Im probably not going to play terrorist hunt, unless dragged into it by friends. not impressed by the 30FPS drop at all, and that will weird me out after playing MP. I dont mind the visual...
He is talking about XBLG VS PSN+ numbers. XBLG subs are over 40 million while PSN+ is closer to 16 million paying subscribers. Its an interesting stat to bring up, because these are the people that buy DLC/season passes etc. And publishers take notice of stuff like that....
