I dont think its a good idea. Their phones are not as popular as iphones let alone other android devices. Just let people stream to whatever devices they already own. The competition do.....
So...you need a £500 GPU and a £200 CPU plus 16GB of ram, a good case, cooling, a descently sized SSD...oh..and a PSU.....Thats a bout £1000 to play gears at 4K and roughly 35FPS......Maybe its just me, but I think most people will still go for the £200 console that they can play the game at 1080P-60FPS on, with their freinds.

Its also cheaper than building a PC. You wont have to buy a case, RAM, disc drives or a PSU for a start. You wont have to buy a descent mouse and keyboard. You wont need a monitor either. also it sits nicely under the TV, unlike my two towers. And as long as you can afford it, you will end up with a uber powerful console that makes PCs, quake in their boots. Im pretty sure that 980Ti would perform better...

Its not far fetched to think that MS has considered this and will design the console in a way that modular upgrades are fool proof. This is why I think that AMD purchase will happen. It will give MS the capability to manufacture reference designs in house. I t could be as simple as changing...
