And I can honestly say from every gen forward...this was the worst one of them all. Granted, all 3 manufacturers made out successfully...but the games were all upscaled/HD versions of last gen. Very few examples of innovation.
Looking fwd to gaming back on better content in the next few years.
People will buy this. Lots. Make no mistake. Gamers are just not among them.
Thing is...we AAALLL know PS4 will stream and multitask and host an araaayy of media features. And personally I want them! But im also a gamer. PS4 for me.
Yes. May gossip never exist on the internet. Pppfft.
Gears and Uncharted at 30fps say hello.
Uncharted, Gears and their 30fps goodness say hello.
Dude I just watched that entire Gif movie. It was awesomely epic and epically awesome.
Bubble up for you.
you're*
So every single known device on the planet that connects has a share button or at minimum option of some sort.....and you REEEAALLY don't see why they added it?
Hmmmmm.......The logic is weak with you, my friend.
Does what the box looks like really matter? I think it was super smart on Sonys part.
All we needed to know is what the system can do and what the controller will look like.
The Cloud gaming deal just solidified Sonys spot next go round. I like their vision.
For me....win. Yes, the games look good now on current gen and will continue to look better beyond.....but this was a good show.
Garbage? No. Average? Yes. But I don't buy average games. I'm a snob.
This term "walk all over" just flat out makes no sense to me. I've played games throughout THIS gen that look as good as CGi movies.
Whatever PC's are doing that are BLOWING anything out the water, I have yet to see.
This claim relates only to processing and tasks.
And that's a bad thing because, why?
The touchscreen isn't what makes it a gimmick. THe logic is weak with you my friend.
Maybe. But his vision and games are good (as per a general consensus).
Hence, he can talk sh!t.
His point was some people will play a game with a gun to fire everywhere, others wont. Some people will play Heavy Rain as a different experience, others wont, cuz there's no shooting.
There was a boy in America several years ago who died from cancer in his eyes.
Naturally he was blind but what was amazing about him is that he did exactly this. He made a clicking sound with his mouth so that he could "see" where he was going.
I forget his name but it's on YouTube. He has since passed as the cancer came back years later. Not sure of the Last of Us used this remarkable story as inspiration, but it is very cool.
Sleeping Dogs did just fine and most people are looking forward to Tomb Raider.
Square Enix is doing quite a bit to shift the paradigm.
This is A-OK.
Games for a proprietary platform being dead is fine. Indie games available on iOS, Android, PSN and XBL are a plenty.
Indie gaming good n strong.
Even with all that happening, they still earned 1st place globally. All of this talk about what went wrong for any company doesn't change the fact that Nintendo, MS and Sony all did well this gen.
Nintendo made a casual system with a hype that died early.
Microsoft made a system that had a high failure rate and a great online service.
Sony made an overcomplicated to program Blu-ray player that provides top 1st Party support and exclusives.
Look...BOTH the PS4 and the Xbox One will have graphical horsepower to make astonishingly good looking games. This isn't even an opinion anymore...this is quantifiable fact. The science is in the hardware to prove it.
If everyone on this site could be fanboys over the GAMES...then that would be great. We can all talk about the trilogies, experiences and gameplay that separates systems/devs/etc.
But instead...people really think that marginal differences ...
