Resident evil village for me is the best one this year
Getting lost in that stupid maze like factory with minimal ammo and the half robot drills guys after me was tense.
Castle dimitrescu was awesome as well.
Returnal was awesome aswell but i wouldnt classify that as a horror even if sometimes it was a little creepy
I think gaming is just that little bit harder to enjoy now because it doesnt feel as pure.
We as consumers can clearly see how some of these new practices are designed to bleed us dry with very little efoort on there part to provide the content to match.
Back in the day it was you bought a game and enjoyed it, where as now there are all this little things that are in your game that remind you of the devs greed which saps away some of that enjoyment.
Not mention half of what is considered dlc now were actual unlockables for playing the game.
Perfect example are fighting games, man i used to love playing tekken with all the fighters to unlock more.
Nows that another 50 bucks i need to spend in todays gaming

You make some fair point if sony does go down there own pc store front but they would still lose money.
U cant charge for ps plus on pc, not to mention all the accesories that people buy.
I guess the extra games sales would make up for it though.

I will still say i have no issues with console makers having exclusives when it comes to first part...
My first console was a sega megadrive and i have owned every console and handheld since then outside of the nintendo 64, original xbox, nintendo wii u.
I enjoyed every gen i dont think u say any era is the golden era. the games may look and play better now but at the time of release they all looked and played better and my enjoyment of them was the same so id say u cant really pick a golden era.

Sonys trump card are exclusives as it is for nintendo also.
I have no issues with games being ported a few years after release thats just smart business for sony and a win for pc gamers.
Aslong as it stays the way it is its fine, id be suprised if it ever becomes day and date and would honestly be bad business for sony consoles just like it would be for nintendo uv just lost the main reason people buy your specific console in the first place.

Stopping at 9 as nothing else i played was a real standout for me this year.
2022 will be a much better year...
A story mode is honestly all mario kart needs along with some meaniful unlockables that give us incetive to play all the cups and in differrent cc modes
So if it does end up being exlcusive that autmatically means it will suck?

Watched it all on my 4k tv.
Honestly considering the power difference between a ps4 and top pc, the difference is negligeble at first glance and without zoom.
Should be a night and day difference.
Pc owners straight up dont get bang for there buck.

He made a decent game which just wasnt well liked or that special.
Sony isnt in the business of just decent, so yea paur the decent game with lukewarm reception, no sequal is understandable.

Online only games arent there specialty, i didnt even bother with that game.
As fsr as i am aware starfield is a strictly single player and with that bethesda are proven in that area.

No man skys was an indie game develooed by handful of people.
Bethesda arent oerfect but i think they proved more than enough with titles like fallout and elder scrolls for us to give yhem a big more credit

The tech sounds amazing to be fair, im more curious about the cost ps vr 1 cost about 700 here in australia and id be very suprised if this doesnt cost more.
I never purchased the original but just of the tech it sounds like sony has nailed this and with new studios aquisitions i think itll have great content also, i just hope its 700 or under however unlikely that may be
