The real question is, if it ends up being really good, will i have the patience to not buy it on ps5 and just wait till it comes out game pass and play it on my xbox.
Its so much a semi sim that it has FIA u know the actua racing governing body as a partner and its best drivers compete in real racing catergories and the lap times are almost bang on what they would be in real life.

I have played a ton of horizon 5 and it never rains, im sure the sky and stars arent accurate for mexico either.
That one expedition race that did have rain and thunder was absolutely insane looking and wished there more races in the rain and thunder cause that was an absolute highlight but again i only ever saw the the one time in the whole game and iv played it a lot.

I knew what it was going in, gt is one my fav franchises ever and have owned every single one, that was never gonna change even with sport.
I was obviosuly still gonna buy it and play it, my point was that it wasnt a tradtional gt experience or what i wanted so its the weakest one for me.
In saying that for what it tried to be it succeeded, just wasnt for me untill all the updates came.
Not suprised to hear that but but yea sport initally was not my cuopof tea, through updates it became a lot better so id say i enjoyed the last forza motorsport more than i did gt sport.
Everything i have seen from gt7 tells me this is the ultimate racing sim and a return to the traditional gt experience i know and love.
Star and weather accurate based of where the track is from, just insane level of detail.
Finally?
Outside of gt sport, gt has been king and trust me the king has returned.

Id take 30 frames with ray tracing all day long, didnt think i couod get mkre excited about gt7 but to hear we have options to go ray tracing 30 or performance 60 is so great !!!

Mate if they were actual good games i wouldnt mind them, but the storys suck, gameplay is repetitive and a grind not to mention a cheap cash grab
Like i said 1 or 2 is fine to have in your arsenal but 10 in 4 years is a lot. Not to mention most of these games end up being massive failures critally and financially at best there sucesful money wise but still average games and ur ok with that?

Honestly all this talk of live service games has me so down, i think the only thing that will make me feel better is sony buying konami so we can get hideo making a new MGS and a sony developed silent hills and castlevania.
3 classic series that are dust in the wind atm, to have sony specifically being those games back would be amazing.

3.6 billion that couldve been spent wayyyy better than on bungie.
By the sound of it sony also has zero control over what they do.
So they basically paid way above board for a revenue stream alone they have no control over.
Anyways hope im wrong and bungie end up proving they are worth the money and the clear exceptions sony is making for them.
Maybe with the next gen i wont have to buy all 3 consoles if they all play...
No issues with those who do it, but this is one of those games im happy to give guerilla my $125 bucks fir the ps5 version.
The game looks incredible and after the bungie news i want this to succeed even more so, so sony knows keep giving us these amazing single player games cause u can make money of these too.
