I think this one is on sony bro, i have NBN and have a 100mpbs connection while sony states and recommends 5-10mpbs so our internetbis more than quick enough at thia point.

It keeps stating in all these releases that its launching with 700 or so games but there only about 100 or so, where the other 600. If there coming at a later date then dont use the words 700 at launch.

U were right about one part stark, that sony owns the right to spider man movies. That is all they have the rights to though not sure why ur struggling to understand this.
Sony have owned the movies rights for ages now but have never owned the game rights or any other media rights to spiderman.
But sure beleive what u want if that help u sleep at night but there is a reason spiderman was available on all platforms before this and its because sony dont own...
Currently playing it now, bought when the current gen version came out but then horizon, elden ring and gt7 came out and took all my time.
But now i have finished all of those im playing cyberpunk and loving it to be honest, its still not perfect and i think they could have done more graphically but theres a great game to be had there, liking the city, the story, the people in the world.

Sony owns the movie rights to spider man, that is it. They have no control over marvel in regards to any other media entertainment, but i think people like to ignore that fact to suit there argument
The reason everyone is bringing up spider man is because thats what everyone else seems to cry about, that its exclusive to sony even though sony took the risk, stumped up the dev cost amd it was made by a first party.
Well there goes that story line, that sony supposedly stole something from gamers.

Yea to each there own, i have gamepass also but ill defs be getting to premium service day 1 to compliment it as there both well priced. If im being honest theres a lot more here that im excited about than there currently is on gamepass.

For the case of this game, which doesnt look that great even the current gen stuff they have showed id say ur right.
In saying that though the previous gen had its time, it has 1000s of games for those players to play, its time to start rewarding us current gen owners with true current gen games simple as that so if they can add some stuff before release due to not having to worry about previous gen then im all for it.
I didnt mind the open world aspect as generic as it was with the bases and elite targets to go and kill.
What they need to do is make sure the next one has way more varied enviroments as it literally all looked the same.
Maybe give us some proper side quests with story to go with it just to flesh things out a bit more.
Id have no issues with going back to more linear levels though.

I definitely understand ur concern there, i was dissapointed to hear cdpr switched to ue5 instead of upgrading there red engine.
At the very least its safe to say sonys games will run on in house engines as usual, as will majority of ms games hopefully.
But yea 3rd party wise i can see a lot of devs using this hence like u said a lot of games looking all thr same.

I stated multiple times sony and ms are effected not just sony.
All im saying any numbers right now are close to irrelevant its whoever is building more consoles which seem to be ms.
Its a year and half later and in Australia u still cant walk into a store and pre order either one let alone buy one until a shop announces they have stock coming then u can pre order one. And that seems to be the case world wide.

Like i said i dont mind if the sample list is all there is at launch but then state that. Dont say 700 games at launch and then launch and we are still non the wiser on those 700 games.
