Yep this can mean only one thing, gameplay and plenty of it so cant wait to actually see what games we have coming our way.
For 2022 though hopefully we get some nice gamepass suprises announced during the show like hogwarts, saints row or gotham knights just to make the wait more bearable.
I have full faith in this team to deliver a top notch FF game.
It might not be what some of us traditonalists want but damm i love the setting, the music and while im yearning for a big budget turn based ff, this looks epic as fuck.
Summons are back in a big way by the looks of it, the last time summoning was so important was ffx which is my fave so its great to see theajority of them juat in this trailer alone.
Hmm not really id say its pretty clear any final fantasy from 1-10 would be considerd traditional final fantasy.
12 and 13 would be the next closest to tradtional as partys,magic and status inflictions, strategy all played large parts like a normall ff game should.

Im super pumped for ff16 escpially as its coming from the director of ff14.
In saying that i have very mixed feeling about it as it doesnt look like a tradtional ff at all in terms of the action and no party. I know its got a dev who was very high up on the dmc team now and someone that very high up on the monster hunter devs team which couls explain this new directio...
This isnt aboyt buying studios, is about yhe lack of games from ms studios for years now.
You brought up sonys delays but what u forget to mention is sony still released exclusives those years as well as complimenting that with timed exclusive big 3rd party games.
This year ms has no games and no big 3rd party timed exclusives which why the delays are particulary bad.
Yea look im so excited for another mainline FF and its the dev team that made ff14 which is awesome so i am very optimistic about it, graphics look great too.
I do have the same reservations about the gameplay, not that its doesnt look great, just that it doesnt look like FF, gave me a devil may cry vibe to be honest and the lack of party members was a little concerning but i have faith lets wait till we see more of it.

Resi 4, street fighter 6, stray day and date, rollerdrome looked pretty cool as well and then the cherry on top ff16 👌👌.
And to think we still havent seen what sony is cooking up them selves personally.

Yea that's fair enough, not say 12 was one of the best, but compared to the more action orientated ones we are getting now id take 12 over 15 or FF7R.

For me the series kinda went off from ff15 when it became more action rpg orientated to the point where magic and summons didnt even matter in ff15 and ff7r
Dont forget xenoblade chronicles 3 is coming out very soon as well so that will be a great jrpg.
Havent played edge of eternity though so will defs look into that espc as it on game pass.

Colour felt a bit muted as well, not sure about enemie design either hope its not just fighting robots.
The random floating rails in the sky felt out place and didnt feel natural to the world, didnt look like they were actually attached to anything.
In saying all this it 30 seconds of gameplay so look forward to seeing more as i so badly want sonic to return in a big way.
I remeber seeing vids of chorus when its released, looked kinda cool so ill defs try that out at the least.
Never played ninja gaiden so will give that a go as well.

Outside of the reboot, all the modern warfare covers have a had the words modern warfsre in green so more like back to it roots.
Im sure we will get a release date this week during the state of play.
Id be more than happy with seeing those titles and im super curious to see psvr2 so it should be good.
Just hope we dont need to wait till september to see a proper 1st party showcase though as that feels so far away.
