Even if publishers wanted to add fees to used games, how would they enforce it on PS4 when an internet connection isn't required? You could buy the game and sell it to who ever you want and they wouldn't know. The only power they have is preventing you from trading it in.
Same with me. It's been at least 2 years since i've lost internet connection for more than 24 hrs, i get 150 mbps from my cable provider, i don't buy used games. That being said i still think it's stupid as hell. It's not just about one individual it's about gamers as whole and there are alot of them that don't have those luxuries.

One of which has 44 days played on BO 2 alone, i have 3 days and feel like that's too much. Extremely sad and pathetic, he knows because i make to tell him that at least once a week. @Hercules189 You can enjoy it anytime if you have friends. Of course not as many people play it as do Halo, but that's because Sony gives us options. To many great games to just stick to one.
If you want to be watched while you play all of them you get both. There fixed it for ya.
Edit: it would probably be wise to disconnect the Xbone when playing the PS4 so it doesn't deduct points from your gamer score when the Kinect notices you are holding a DS4.
