This game is averaging a whopping 88%. You know what that means? That it would be the second highest rated game on the ps3. But I guess Achira just admited that all the ps3 games have "not so good score"
It's definitely the best trilogy ever. Halo 1, 2, and 3 have posted an average rating of 95%. No other game has had 3 consecutive games come out and rate that high.
Is it the best FPS ever??? It's hard to say for people have different interests, but it would definitely be in the list.
But you can't ignore the sales records it has broken. Here is a nice lil comparison for you guys...

The 360 is clearly better as you can see that the color are much more vibrant than the ps3. Looks like the ps3 is still washed out and blurry...................okay I'm just kidding, who here was getting mad? I know some of you were ready to rip me a new one. The 2 comparisons looked exactly the same. But I still call this a win for the 360 since I'm playing the exact same game for $200 less. I wonder if the framerate holds up on the ps3.

How can you call Halo 3 over hype? Do you know what over hype is??? It's a game that has the hype but fails in either ratings or sales. Lair and Heavenly Sword are perfect examples of games that didn't meet the hype. As you can see from my previous numbers, Halo 3 exceeded the hype.

It's funny how quick the sony boys are to throw the "AAA" title when they get that ONE good score but forget about all the others. It's like you guys are just so anxious to say it. So far 5 mags/sites gave it a crappy score while one gave it a great score.

That was a weak argument. This has already been debated months ago. Only about 20% are fps. The 360 is also the console of choice for the best racers - Forza 2, PGR, Flatout. With Dead Rising, Crackdown, Splinter Cell, Mass Effect, Eternal Sonata, Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Gears, Lost Planet, Ace Combat, Kameo, etc..
It's a know fact that the 360 has a better variety than the ps3.

This movie could of been good. I thought Godzilla looked PERFECT for more of a "realistic" feel to it. But the acting sucked! And that whole scene with the baby Godzillas SUCKED! It turned into Jurassic Park with Raptors.

Please explain why this game didn't live up to the hype. As you can see with those numbers, not only did it meet the hype, but it EXCEEDED the hype.
I wonder how long is it going to take for the sony fools to finally realise that their precious ps3 is destined to fail. How much more bad news can you take before you give up? More delays? More multiplatform games better on the 360? More overhype flops on the ps3 (Lair, Heavenly Sword)? More AAA titles on the 360??? More developers saying that the ps3 is full of problems??? The ps3 is being compared to the 3DO and doing worse than the Gamecube. How much more???

Yeah if you did own a copy of Halo 3 than you would know that you have tons of options and can add the level of speed you play. Same goes with gravity.
Example...
Great gametype...Max speed, Zero gravity, Zero shields, pistols. Superhuman speed and jumps equals great fun.
But of course you knew that, right?
Well for sure Halo 3, Bioshock, and Mass Effect will be on that list. All you haters can't deny that Halo 3 is one of the highest rated games of all time. For the other contenders, I don't know much about the Wii and Sony only has maybe God of War 2. I still say Mass Effect for GOTY!
It's a lil to soon to make that bold statement but they're definitely on that track.
