After 2 years of existence and you guys really think the 360 has already peaked??? You sony boys get worse and worse. Anybody remember Doom 3 or Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay from the original Xbox??? Those games came out near the end and managed to greatly beat out anything before in graphics. Sony boys and their outrages claims. Gears of War is still one of the best looking games to date and didn't even get close to using the full power of the 360.
Well if these numbers were to be correct than it's pretty safe to say that the ps3 will NEVER catch up to the 360! Looks like we have a winner.
I think Sony boys are just tired of getting so much crappy titles that they're jumping for joy with their 0.1% increase. Bottom line is that it's a AAA title for the 360 also. It's not a HUGE gap like Madden 08' where the 360 was almost 10% better than the ps3. Besides, this is pretty much a multiplayer only game and we all know that xbox live destroys PSN. Another big hit for the 360.
Sony Protection Group??? Where the jealous Sony boys go to try to make things up to make themselves feel better for purchasing a crappy product. Anyway this will be just another big seller for the 360 while the ps3 will probably sell just a few...just like the others.
I'm a fan of this series also and from watching the video I can tell that was for the ps2. So I can't wait to pick it up for my ps2.
MGS will be a monster hit for the ps3 no question. But last I heard about Final Fintasy that it was only about 20% finished. So I expect this game to come out maybe Christmas time 2008. All the other exclusives for Sony could be iffy. Just look at games like Lair and Heavenly Sword...2 big exclusives that failed big time.
The 360 has a nice lil exclusive lineup also including monster hits like Ninja Gaiden 2 and Splinter Cell.
With Forza 2, Bioshock, Halo 3, PGR4, and now Mass Effect. 2007 is definitely one of the greatest years in gaming history.
Do yourself a favor and pick up the Mass Effect prequel. A great read. I can already see this trilogy being one of the best gaming stories of our time.
Well I can give you a huge list like Splinter Cell: Conviction, Marvel Online, Halo Wars, Fable 2, Project Offset, Banjo Kazooie, Cry On, All Points Bulletin, Infinite Discovery, Age of Conan, Left 4 Dead, Gundam: Year 1, Elveon, and possibly Gears of War 2. I can keep on going. The exclusive list is enormous.
You only know about a few games for 2008 because Microsoft is not talking about games next year. It's still 2007. While Sony's best games are next year so I can see ...
But Ninja Gaiden 2 alone will kill most of the sony exclusives. NG2 will surely be a contender for GOTY.

Usually it's the games that sells consoles. Like Bioshock or Halo 3. Unfortunatly the only reason the ps3 got a spike is because of the price cutt. :(

I don't see what the problem is. Looks good to me. If movies like Hostil and The Hills Have Eyes can be seen by the public than it should be okay for people to be able to play this game.
Other than R&C, check out metacritics overall average and Gamespot is right one. Stop your whining.
This has already been discussed numerous tiimes. The ps3's first year is a joke compared to the 360's first year. That's a fact.
