Wait. This is a downloadable game? I know the Socom franchise has a pretty big following. I wonder why they decided to go cheap with this game. 7 maps with below average graphics for Socom has to be a dissapointment to Socom fans.
For me, Fable 2 will be the biggest game of 2008. The first Fable is the main reason why I love playing video games.
Well if I'm not mistaken Halo Wars is supposed to be a prequal to the Halo Trilogy. So the new Halo would be a whole new story. But either way, Halo is one of the greatest franchises in history. The broken records and high ratings prove it. And of course the jealous fanboys continue to spread their hatred in Halo threads. That just shows fear and respect.
The next and only comparison battle that I will enter this year will be GTA4. Everything else will be small fries. But since I'm already in here.....*clears throat*......ANOTHER multiplatform game better on the 360. :)
It's doesn't count all the guests in Halo 3. I know my cousin always plays Halo with his brother on the same 360 but it only counts as 1 for these Xbox Live numbers. Halo 3 always has atleast double/triple the total amount of players than COD4, but COD4 has more individual players.

Oh yeah it's official. The 360 will have the better year in 2008. No question about that anymore. Gears of War 2, Ninja Gaiden 2, Alan Wake, Fable 2, Halo Wars, Spliner Cell Conviction, Left 4 Dead, etc...
Yeah Alan Wake is also on the PC but your going to need an expensive gamer rig to run at the same level as the 360. I know my PC won't be able to do that and I'm sure the majority of pc owners can't either.
Forza's been there done that. GT has alot of catching up to do if it wants to be a true simulator like Forza 2.
Battlefield is all about vehicles. How many vehicles in this bad boy?
Damn I didn't even know this game came out. I like the boomerang idea. I get tired of games doing the same gun and run. I want something different, no matter how small.
I just read that an article on Perfect Vision saying that OLED will never be used for big screens. Most likely be used for laptops, cell phones and smaller screen tvs. Companies like Samsung and Panasonic have spent millions to produce big screen lcd's and plasma's. Most likely we will never see a 60 inch OLED. :(
A whopping 27 dual console owners favor the 360 compared to only a tiny iny 22 dual console owners that prefer the ps3.

The new Oppo player is the best on the market. $399 is pretty pricey but the difference between this player and a regular dvd/bluray upconverter is huge. I own 700 standard dvds and they look pretty damn clo...
