Forza is a fantastic game and easily the best vehicle sim ever but totally different to PGR. PGR in my opinion is the best arcade racer available. 2 different beasts.
People have to remember that the GTA franchise is what made the ps2. The original Xbox recieved GTA almost an year later. The same with Vice City. So with Microsoft getting the best version on the same day as the ps3 version is definitely a strike on the playstation brand.

What you talking about? It is! It still outsells most newer ps3 games.
Considering the GTA franchise is what created the ps2, this is gonna be HUGE for the 360. Plus I expect some flaws on the ps3 since Rockstar already stated many problems with it hence the delay. The number 1 seller for 2008 will be the best on the 360. No question!
Oh I'm hoping for a sequal. The first one was a classic. Easily thee best "superhero" game I have ever played. Add some better coop action and we're talking AAA title.

The ps3 outsold it by a million but the 360 destroyed it in software sales. Just more proof that the ps3 is sold as a bluray player first. :p
Ninja Gaiden 2, Fable 2, Splinter Cell Conviction, Halo Wars, Too Human, and possibly Gears of War 2 and a bunch of other "secret" titles coming out will definitely make 2008 just as good as 2007. Currently the 360 has an equal or better lineup than the ps3 for 2008. MGS and GT are the only 2 beasts that the ps3 has this year. FF will probably come out in early 2009.

3 9.0's and 2 8.0's doesn't make an 8. Plus you have gameplay at 9 and than at 8.
I have an hdtv and don't want hd movies. Upconverted standard dvds are perfect for me. In fact I know lots of people that own hd sets but no hd movies. Standard dvd is still king. Remember for every 1 bluray/hddvd disc is sold....100,000 standard dvds are sold. Hi def discs will never take over standard. It will take atleast 5 plus years and by than digital distribution will be more of a possibility.
