Alan Wake is definitely geared more for the mature crowd. Alan Wake wouldn't sell well for the ps3 since they consist more of 18 and under crowd. 2008 is a long time from now and I really want this game! I just love the fact that the 360 keeps bringing us new franchises.

Well since ps3 doesn't have many quality games, I guess alot of people are forced to invest in some blue ray movies. Makes them feel better that thier ps3 is worth something.
Maybe the "earth shaking" had to do with all the people that like to dance and "shake" on dance dance revolution. People that dance thier asses off on that game sure make the ground shake.
The 360 is in a better position for a price cut but is in no hurry since they're still outselling the ps3. On the other hand, the ps3 racing to 65nm is more of a desperate move since nobody is buying a ps3. The ps3 might win the race since they need to lower thier cost ASAP or the 360s lead will continue to pull away.
And just like I said before...in about FIVE YEARS that $399 hard drive will probably be $75. And broadband will increase in 5 years. Making it a perfect setting for downloading HD movies.
Full album downloads on iTunes increases every month! $10 for a full ablum vs. $12-$15 for a cd??? Which one do u think wins? Companies like Tower Records have gone out of business because of mp3. Nobody buys cds anymore. Digital Distrubution is the future.

Simple answer...NOPE! It's already been proven time and time again that the 360 games looks better. This is old news already. No need to discuss this any further.
I dont see anybody complaining that owned an xbox so you shouldn't worry about it. And atleast all the 360s are easily fixable or replaceable. The ps3 has a hardware problem that cant upscale. That problem right there probably screwed 85% of HD owners. Thats a problem that cant be fixed so easily. The ps3 should of done more testing.

So how do you explain the mp3 market overtaken the CD market? CDs are completely dead. I dont even know anybody that buys cds anymore. HD movie downloads will be the future. Blue Ray & HD Dvd will be dead WAAAAY before they're able to catch up to the huge normal ...
Makes me wonder if they should just release MGS4, Motorstorm, VF5, etc...on the ps2 instead. This possibly can mean future cancelations on the ps3 and development for the ps2. Makes more sense for developers. If they choose to make a next gen game, pick the 360. The 360 is a cash cow! Games are selling like hot cakes!

...another sony fanboy talking about movies. Just shows from all these comments is that the only reason to own a ps3 is for the blue ray. I buy a console for good games and that's why the 360 is still kicking ps3s ass! Normal dvds are good enough for me. Blue ray will never outsell normal dvds.
MGS4 cancelled for the ps3 and will be made for the ps2 and the 360!
I have to agree with Mart! MGS is THEE game for the ps3! If this comes to the 360 than why would I want a ps3? The 360 has the better exclusives, games look better, better online, and now we have MGS??? No reason to get a ps3!
One game can make a difference. I'm a big Virtual Fighter fan. Loved playing it on my ps2. And I was going to buy a ps3 when VF came out! Now I dont have too! The 360 has everything the ps3 has... plus more!
But I would prefer a next g...
