Game have been the bad guys to me since they got rid of the Electronics Boutique... all downhill since then.

Bioshock was the only fair point that I read out of this article. It wasn't a bad ending but it was very disjointed from the rest of the game. It would have been better leaving it at the bombshell but the 'final boss' has been a staple of video games for decades which is most likely why it ended the way it did.
The very fact that they couldn't think of how they would end MGS2 or 4, couldn't understand what was going on and didn't know how to improve either shows they are complete idiots.
They weren't even complicated endings at all.
How can they say every MGS game has a 'terrible' ending...and without giving a reason. Ridiculous.

lol, we have tho. Read the reviews of most 7 out of 10 games and they are mostly negative. Scores rarely match the writers opinion which is what I mean by being conditioned into thinking scores like 6 or even 5 are bad.
Why is the lowest average for game reviewers on metacritic 5.7 with the overall average being 7.4?
Exactly, we've been conditioned to see a 7 as a bad score when actually it should be regarded as good.

Good point kneon, sounds about right too since I'm on a pretty cheap package and they advertise a more expensive gaming package too.
Hardly get any lag ingame tho, just excruciatingly long downloads... not worth an upgrade for me.

Completely right Endoran. Why should your PS3 be 20 times slower than your pc, no exaggeration for me btw. One day to download a 1.5GB demo is terrible.

@KwietStorm, it's strange tho because I downloaded the same demo from steam in about 30mins. I have no idea what's causing such massive slow-down...
I get over 10meg download speeds and yet I have worked out that psn limits me to under 56kb/s speeds... it's 1998 again! Over 10 hours and counting to download the darkness 2 demo... half an hour on steam. PSN sucks.

Limbo's atmosphere is non-existent. I was very disappointed with it after hearing all the positive feedback from reviews and people on here with the comparisons to Braid. Doesn't hold a candle to the amazing Braid btw.
Flower is a game I will go back to whereas I'll probably never touch Limbo again.
I love how even gamers now have a preemptive DLC section. At least rockstar DLC is usually decent.
