I'm a huge Halo fan but I would like to see more new IP's, obviously if they make more Halo games they are going to sell and of course I would be guilty of purchasing them myself too....but I think you hit the nail on the head because what I would definitely hate to see is a bunch of stupid spin-offs and low quality Halo "Spartan" games, just to earn a buck, if they are going to do something I just hope they put their heart and resource's in it and represent Halo well.

Seems to me that PS3 and 360 fans are both saying the same thing, Halo has definitely been the most important franchise for M$, and Halo3 will be very important to the 360.....but to say its the only game that the 360 has and thus M$ is simply "riding" this game sounds ridiculous.

I agree with Bathyj no need to start flaming, actually the launch numbers for all 3 consoles in Australia are really close....so why would anybody feel the need to flame on the other console? Also, PanixATK please explain why articles that accurately reflect PS3 launch hardware sales in Australia, such as this one makes this site home of the 360?.....if you believe that and you don't like it why keep visiting? and why is this any different from 360 sales reports from Japan?
