This game has always been one of the most impressive I've seen so far....the "old" trailer I downloaded awhile back on XBL looks sick, the gameplay they showed looks sweet, I like the clean look of the future space enviroments and of course the dynamic story line is very interesting. -Yes it will definitely be "considered" for GOTY.
All 3 consoles are playing nice with each other, HMV has established peace among the rival factions and thus the world is in harmony. As for 360 fans wanting PS3 exclusives I haven't seen alot of 360 fans constantly talk about getting/wanting anything except MGS4. -Both consoles will have some great exclusives but MGS4 does appeal to many different gamers.
Honestly, this MGS4 rumor is brought up so much, Konami should have a prepared press release statement saying: "The rumor is wrong and there's no way in hell it will be on the 360!" -OR, "Sony already paid us for exclusive rights, forever....and it cost them their first born too." [insert evil laugh here], [insert 360 fanboys crying]. Now seriously, all Konami has to do is deny it...-again.

The reality is that the sales are really close to equal over the first 6 months but obviously 360 supply for at least the first 4-5 months was an issue so the sales would have been higher if the supply was readily available, the fact that there wasn't a big sales jump when M$ fix their supply constraints is really simple since the demand was weaker after 6 months....this is the very essence of supply a demand. Amazon list changes every hour, but the Wii's still doing pretty good because its "consistently" near the top. The 360 is premium still doing better than the PS3 since its consistently much higher on the list than the PS3....at least everytime I've seen these Amazon lists.
