Ha! Nice! Cheers man!
Sorry, I wan't trying to be bleh, I think the booze kinda tainted my judgement last night, plus I was a little butt-hurt 'cause I tried to make a thread in the forums for the flamewars/fanboy stuff hoping it would clean up some of the clutter in the comment sections which immediately got locked. So then I kinda turned into a grumpy old cynical troll. lol

Oh, yeah, forgot I was supposed to be moving along...back to porn then, guess that's all the internet's good for..
@EvilJeffBridges
Okay, so you honestly didn't already read or hear this before? If you haven't then my bad, it is a good read if you haven't seen it before. I'm a big supporter of Cerny and glad he was the one in charge of the PS4, don't get me wrong, I can't wait till I get my hands on the dualshock 4. It's just that almost everything about him on here is a rehash of a conference or interview. I'd post a link, but I'm on my PS3 browser right now ...
uh, duh. I love his passion for it, and his drive (albeit, his voice is a little bit 'I've got a body in the basement' lol), but this ite is playing him out like Mtv would've back in the day when they used to play music.
Don't get me wrong, I love that he's keeping us informed, and he was a key player. It's just the articles on here that come up as 'NEW', really... really? This is a summary of a conference where I first ever heard of this...
I don't see how supporting your user-base is a bad thing. The PS2 still has one last game coming out for it in september. Not a game to pay attention to, but it's good to see that they still water their roots.
I'd rather it be like that than show no support for the existing community hoping they'll dish out for their new product. I still have a big backlog of games to check out,but I'm still grateful for the new generation. It's not even here yet, b...
@ Tainted Gene
You said system, so yeah, I mentioned a specific system, that being the PS3. Did you just mean all systems in general then? I was trying to reply in the best way my knowledge fits. I'm pretty sure they used every bit of anything they could outta the PS3 in that particular game. I mean sure, they could improve in some areas here or there on certain things, but it would really be using the same amount of power. That's just squibles and squables when it co...
I wish they'd just take out some of the clutter. Yeah, I wanna roam around and have fun and do my own thing, but with all the stars all over the map and everything everywhere it's easy to get... I was gonna say side-tracked, but that's not the word I'm looking for. I like getting side-tracked..
Too many things trying to tell me what to do is maybe a better explanation..
If I happen to see something shiny on the way, maybe I wanna go check that out. If I'm ...
I think The Last of Us is probably as close as you can get, as far as I can tell...
@zod18
That's exactly how I feel about it too
I don't know why it's getting so much hate. It's meant as a game for anybody, all ages included. At least it's not trying to pretend to be anything it's not. It's exactly like when Crash or Spyro or any of those games came out. People have sons/daughters or little brothers/sisters that wanna play games that don't need to be having F-bombs dropped every two seconds or tits flopping a...
So what, is your mouse messed up dude? It seems you clicked on the wrong spot, this is a CONSOLE thread. Why are you even here?
I'm so sick of you PC guys coming in with your superiority complex bs, it's driving me crazy. All you care about is frames per second and graphic fidelity. I honestly don't care if this is what PC gaming looked like in 1990, it has no sway for me.
I DON'T CARE. I'm a console gamer. Period. It is what it is. I like...
These guys are passionate about their craft, I like their business ethics. I hope they end up releasing Rise of the White Wolf!!! I've never had the chance to play any of their games before. Can't wait for the Witcher 3 though!!
From article:
"Rise of the White Wolf is a cancelled version of the original Witcher for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360"
This game looks promising if it's actually as open as it appears. I wonder how much creative freedom they'll actually let you have with it. As funny as it may sound, this is actually the only game I'm kinda jealous about not getting.
yeah, yeah, 7up that's what it was!! haha
Personally I think everyone on this site should read this. There's nothing wrong with voicing what you like or don't like, but it seems like people actually go out of their way to bash on things and it's annoying to say the least.
I've been trying to get thoughtful communication going on in here for a while, it's hard sometimes. But I've also been pleasantly surprised a few times, so I think there's still hope yet
Yeah, actually I think I mentioned something like that in the Sony forums back in the day. About how if it unlocked things that were relevant to the game, like avatars or themes. Even in-game items, like alternate outfits or whatever.
I know companies are trying to get people to hold onto their disks now instead of reselling them or getting rid of them. So I think this would be a perfect incentive, something to tie you over until DLC arrives. Just simple little rewards for ac...
Broken Sword, Monkey Island and the way old-school Leisure Suit Larry games. They're all old though...
The most recent games that I can think of would have to be Borderlands I guess.. can't remember anything else off the top of my head.
Borderlands are good ones
Ha! I remember that game, and those Spot games too. Wasn't the Noid from like Pizza Hut or something and Spot was Dr Pepper, I think. I don't know man, been days I can't remember
and they are called Cernys, the ps4 runs on alien technology. I thought everybody new that, psh.
lol
