but I hope to god the let the quality control be handled by Samsung. Three red lights on a TV would suck.
If they can manage to make the product solid, then that's one hell of a cool idea. That's why I said I'm not trying to flame. I would actually consider getting one of these TV's. I need another one for my bedroom anyway in the next year. This would be cool.
online play wouldn't necessarily make it and MMO though. When I think MMO, I think massive time sink in order to gain one level. I see the need for a party to do missions and gain good XP. Adding an online component to your average single player RPG could be something totally different.
Here's what got me though, have I missed something,
"Unreal Technology (Square Enix has licensed the Unreal engine) to complement the game's beautiful graphics."
likely you are correct sir. I'm sure to a certain extent, both of them are embellishing.
don't like it when PS3 fanboys start clamoring on about how Gears didn't improve from the first. So then why do you do the same thing? RFOM 2 clearly looks better than the first.
You must feel pretty gross lowering yourself to the standards of the fanboys you hate so much. Then again ... I've pointed this out to you before. You must actually feel right at home acting like that.
Seriously good quotes there. I think the slant this was written in is awesome.
I don't think I would ever really take them seriously, but man, I can't help but appreciate the angle.
Ditto man ...
"If you already have the system, get the game and roll the biggest joint you've ever rolled. Snake is waiting."
Do bong rips count? lol
what kid kills themselves over a Wii game? There has to be some more underlying issues that we're not privy to.
Either way, I can't imagine what the parents are going through. I wonder how much blame the father is putting on himself since it was him that punished the child.
is doing fine with their sequel. Don't bring that crap in here. This is about RFOM. Your post is inviting flames.
Back on topic ... games looks great. It's been a day one buy for me since the first.
I'm probably one of the few PS3 fans who like GT5 that will tell you to wait for the final build.
Don't get me wrong, there's a lot of content for it to be considered a demo, but you're still paying 2/3 the full price for a game that has 1/5 of the full content. Plus, the online is almost like a beta for the final version.
If you're a HUGE GT fan and can't wait, go for it. It's beautiful. I'm just a fan of the series though, and I think there's plenty out there to ke...
I just showed mine! :D
It would be sweet. I've wanted to play this game for a while. We know very little about it too. It's definitely gonna quell the RPG urges I've been having with the PS3 so far.
age .... lol
The Beatles maybe?
That's all I can think of when I hear the title of the game.
but I don't know man, that flamethrower is pretty f'ing cool.
There's a lot of material I want to see at this E3.
Anyone heard anything more of War Devil? That would be a cool showing as well.
I don't think I would ever really be sick of KZ2 info. I would still like to see some info regarding the multi-player aspects of the game though.
was big before the 360 was around. The PSN is relatively new. I understand that this stuff was a little slow out of the gate but, 1.75 years to get a free service up to scratch with a paid service that took years to get to where it is, isn't bad.
It was rumored in EGM that not only would MS drop the price, but Sony as well.
hardware sales due to a game are always expected to drop off. It should only cause a spike. The only real hardware boost that has lasting affect is a price drop.
Didn't MS already drop the price in Europe though? Would they be dropping the price again, or is the drop only for NA?
I can't wait for E3. Hopefully after E3 we will all have a better idea about what to expect in t...
funny when people argue over VG numbers. Its like arguing over a fictional outcome.
seen one level and you guys are branding this a flop. First it was, "can the meet they graphic bar they set." Once they did that now its, "the gameplay looks bland."
After one level, I can tell this game looks similar to COD4 with its set pieces but takes that one step further with a cover system that's not being done with FPS. If the game shows up with relatively decent AI, its going to be intense and immersive.
We haven't seen anything regarding...
